ASSOCIATED PRESS LANSING - Michigan's unemployment rate dipped slightly to 14.3 percent in January. The jobless rate reported Tuesday on a state Web page is down from a revised rate of 14.5 percent in December. Michigan's jobless rate was 11.3 percent a year ago, according to revised figures.
